Shipping costs and delivery time
When do we ship your order?
When you order today, we ship your order at least the next working day (Monday to Friday). Orders placed on Friday before 15:00 PM will be shipped the same day.
Around the holidays, delivery can be delayed slightly due to pressure at PostNL, for your own reassurance, order in time.
When will my order be delivered?
As soon as your order has been shipped, you will receive a track-and-trace code via email so that you can see when your order will be delivered.
How do we prevent damaged shipments?
We receive many compliments for our careful packaging. We ship a lot of glassware and naturally want you to receive it undamaged. That is why we have also opted for the slightly more expensive carrier. We pack our products extra well and use high quality shipping boxes. If there is a defect, please contact us and we will solve it.
How much time do I have to return a product?
In the unlikely event that you are not satisfied with your order, you can cancel it (of course undamaged and unused) up to 14 days after receipt without giving any reason. You then have another 14 days to return your order.
Note!: An exception to this are personalized products. For example: if you would like to have a glass, serving board or gift box engraved, you cannot cancel and/or return this order.
What are the costs to return a product?
We take care of the costs for returning the product by offering you a return label.
How can I return a product?
After you have sent us a message that you want to cancel or return some products to info@mood4whisky.com, you will receive a return label from us (via Myparcel) by email. You can print this and stick it on the package and follow the instructions via Myparcel to hand in your package. You then have another 14 days to return your order. So very practical and simple.
When will I receive my purchase amount back?
The purchase price paid by you for the products that you have returned, we will fully refund to your account, unless the product is damaged or the packaging is damaged more than necessary to try the product, then we can pass on this reduction in value of the product to you. So treat the product with care and make sure that it is well packaged when returning.
The refund will always take place within the legal period of 14 days, but in practice this will be within 1 to 2 working days after receipt of your return.
